Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. All deposits will be refunded or applied to next service if 48 hour cancellation or reschedule policy is adhered. Additional Hours: Standard Cleaning and Move Out/In services are based on 3 hours; any additional hours will be charged at a rate of $30.00 per hour. Deep Cleaning is based on 4 hours; any additional hours will be charged at a rate of $35.00 per hour. Airbnb is based on 3 hours; any additional hours will be charged at a rate of $35.00 per hour. Organizing is based on 2 hours; any additional hours will be charged at a rate of $25.00 per hour. Hauling is based on 1.5 hours; any additional hours will be charged at a rate of $75.00 per hour. Moving is based on 4 hours; any additional hours will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour. Laundry a $8.00 fee will be assessed for each blanket and/or extra large item (weighted and electric blankets are not accepted).
