WHAT'S INCLUDED: Bathroom(s) • Scour, sanitize, and clean your bathtub(s) and stand in shower(s). • Clean shower doors. • Scour, sanitize and clean your sink(s). • Sanitize, clean and polish all faucet fixtures. • Sanitize and clean bathroom(s) vanities and outside of cabinets. • Clean any bathroom shelving. • Organize bathroom items in shower(s)/bathtub(s) – Only placing items back on shower racks. • Clean all mirrors. • Scour, sanitize, and clean toilet(s). • Spot clean walls • Clean (sweep/vacuum and mop) all flooring. • Remove any cobwebs. • Spot clean doors. • Clean all light switches. • Empty garbage Kitchen • Scour, sanitize, and clean your sink(s). • Clean and sanitize the outside of all your kitchen cabinets, and drawers. • Clean and sanitize all countertops. • Clean and sanitize backsplash. • Clean and sanitize microwave. • Clean outside of any countertop appliances. • Clean and sanitize the outside of stove and stovetop. • Clean and sanitize the outside of refrigerator. • Clean kitchen table and chairs. • Clean any shelving units in kitchen – Items on shelving will not be moved or organized. • Clean all mirrors. • Spot clean walls • Spot clean doors – includes patio doors • Clean all light switches. • Clean (sweep/vacuum and mop) all flooring. • Remove any cobwebs. • Empty garbage Bedroom(s), Living Room, Family Room, Dining Room, Foyers, Stairs, and Home Office **any rooms/area not listed, please contact us** • Dust any furniture by hand – all knickknacks will be moved and placed back in their original location. • Make beds if new bedding is provided. • Vacuum any debris on couches. • Straighten pillows and throw blankets. • Vacuum all carpeted areas. • Wipe all electronics with electronic wipes. • Clean all mirrors. • Spot clean walls • Spot clean doors – includes patio doors. • Clean all light switches. • Clean (sweep/vacuum and mop) all flooring. • Clean staircases. • Clean Foyer. • Remove any cobwebs. • Empty garbage.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. All deposits will be refunded or applied to next service if 48 hour cancellation or reschedule policy is adhered. Additional Hours: Standard Cleaning and Move Out/In services are based on 3 hours; any additional hours will be charged at a rate of $30.00 per hour. Deep Cleaning is based on 4 hours; any additional hours will be charged at a rate of $35.00 per hour. Airbnb is based on 3 hours; any additional hours will be charged at a rate of $35.00 per hour. Organizing is based on 2 hours; any additional hours will be charged at a rate of $25.00 per hour. Hauling is based on 1.5 hours; any additional hours will be charged at a rate of $75.00 per hour. Moving is based on 4 hours; any additional hours will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour. Laundry a $8.00 fee will be assessed for each blanket and/or extra large item (weighted and electric blankets are not accepted).
